Technique & Across the Floor
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED This class focuses on technical pass-throughs commonly used in commercial choreography, including directional changes, various turns, dynamic jumps, and intricate footwork. Dancers will engage in advanced progressions designed to build their control, increase speed, and prepare them thoroughly for performance situations.

Jazz
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Best suited for dancers with technical proficiency, this class will range in style but is rooted in Jazz technique. If you're looking for a push in performance, athleticism and choreography retention, this is the class for you!

Pro Cheer Pom
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED Pro Cheer Pom is a precise and performance focused style characterized by sharp movement, clean lines, high energy, and of course, Poms! This class showcases pom’s unique movement style and quality while pushing dancers performance and stamina.

Pro Style Dance
OPEN Interested in getting back into dance or developing your technique in a new style? This class is perfect for those returning to dance or looking to get started. This class covers the foundations of Pro Style Dance and Pom technique as well as strength/conditioning elements. Suitable for everyone, no experience required.

Barre
OPEN A technique-driven barre class that uses principles from ballet and jazz to develop strength, stability, and control. Exercises focus on coordination, mobility, core engagement, and muscular endurance. Designed to provide a strong workout for all levels while supporting dancer cross-training, with a focus on form, precision, and full-body activation.

Pilates Fusion
OPEN Set to the beat, Pilates Fusion draws on the posture and precision of classical Pilates while layering in the musicality and flow of dance. Expect full-body sequences that pulse and extend like barre, spiked with bursts of HIIT to elevate strength and stamina. We’ll move rhythmically, train alignment, and improve body awareness. Open to all levels - great cross training for dancers while be suitable for anyone.
