Pro Cheer Pom (Beginner) with Julia Sarty

This class is a fun, low impact, non-technical dance workout. Suitable for everyone, no dance experience required. Class will be broken into two parts:
Pom Intro: How to hold poms, our basic signature moves and how to count them with music will be covered!
Choreography: You will be taught a beginner combination which incorporates the intro lesson!

This class is a great work out due to the precise full out movement quality combined with core jazz elements such as turns, jumps, kicks, and traveling steps. The Pom style is rooted in jazz and ballet technique. This class will showcase a new moment style and quality while pushing dancers performance and individuality through their dancing.
